Claim to fame: Farrah Fawcett was an American model and actress. She got her first break after posing in a red bathing suit for a poster which sold more than 12 million copies! Because of this poster she was cast as one of the original Charlie's Angels in the famous hit tv show from the 1970's and Farrah's career took off and she became America's Sweetheart for many years! Farrah was diagnosed with intestinal cancer in 2006 and finally died from the disease June 25, 2009.
